Very poor assistance and stupid laws, they asked us to pay 5 times of the monthly rent in advance, if I had that I would buy a house not rent
I just want to give a shoutout to the management and the maintenance team. They always take care of any issues or requests I have and I almost never have to wait for a follow. You guys are awesome.

Del Río has been good to me in two years! Since I have been here. It has been peace in the hood! No problems with the community nor the front office! Speaking on the office those two young lady’s are approcable very friendly! Also the don’t play about meeting your requests! I am so grateful for them! Del Rio has been good to me and my wife! Until it’s time to move we are going to continue to give every day that we are here!
"For the past two years, I've called Del Rio home, and it's been a positive experience. I consistently appreciate the maintenance team's quick response time. The apartments have a bit of age to them, but some features have been updated, which is nice. The area is okay, with the bonus of two nearby parks and a laundromat right across the street. Ladies In the front office are always kind and professional.
