Absolutely horrible customer service. Claimed they paid my dentist but check was never received.
Terrible Vision insurance - Customer service terrible - denied claim 4 times - claim incorrectly entered by company - had to escalate to someone who finally after many calls got my check sent. Response from owner - "That Sucks" very professional!
useless company with a useless web portal and useless vision benefits
I’ve been waiting over a year for them to unlock my account. So as of now I cannot login to my online account and look at claims etc. I’ve been emailing and calling to no avail. I’m not sure Avesis is a legit company. Most company’s do a text message or have an account recovery procedure the email recovery procedure Avesis uses doesn’t work you click on the link then it takes you to a blank page that won’t load.
