I was pleased with the appointment making and the plumber showing up on time. I was VERY DISSAPOINTED with the pricing. I had a toilet that needed a new wax ring and it needed a PVC pipe to be replaced, or patched in the case of this technician. He told us it would be 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. I thought the price he gave me ($685) was very high but if it was going to take that much time I told him to go ahead with it.
