Went to the nail salon and got tortured under the file. Literally, she was not gentle at all and cut me numerous times, even after I said I was in pain. She didn’t even apologize, and of course, at the end of this “lovely” treatment, she didn’t forget to ask for a tip. She also gave me a crazy price, even though last time I paid about $15 less, so I really don’t understand why. I’m truly disgusted and disappointed. I went there for the very first time to get my acrylics done first they were over priced whenever she is doing something she is like this will cost more I will have to charge extra for shaping your nails to almond shape I had the worst experience ever she chipped my nail skin 2-3 times near the cuticles and the work she has done on my nails it clearly shows that she is totally unprofessional she don’t know how to do nails she put wrong size nail on my 1 thumb and when I told her she is like no I will fix it later I will put ... read more

HORRIBLE. it was apparent she didn’t want to do my pedicure. she filed my skin and cut me multiple times to the point i am bleeding on 4 toes. she was aggressively filling to the point where i pulled away and she wouldn’t stop until i verbally told her enough. she didn’t ask me what shape i wanted or if i wanted them cut. i never cut i always file and she cut ALL my length off. i got french and it looks HORRIBLE she didn’t ask if the french was good before she cured it and i pulled my foot out of the machine to look at it an... read more

If I could give this nail salon zero stars, I would. this was my first time at this nail salon and I will never come back. First of all I was absolutely disgusted by how the nail technician (she may have even been the owner) treated customers. She was extremely rude and made very nasty comments to a young girl sitting next to me. She even got loud with one customer who said she would have to go because she had been waiting so long.
