I've been in here a few time in recent weeks and I've heard the manager telling a young lady behind the counter that she's not able to help stock products or answer any questions about her medical bracelet if she's asked.while yes it's not anyone's business what her condition is. I don't feel it's right to tell someone they can't talk about their condition if they are comfortable talking about it. In short the manager here needs to be retrained on how to treat her employees.
On a sunny day, we were able to get our car washed without any wait, while the BP carwash next door had 7-8 cars in line! you might wonder, why and how? I think it is because the Shell carwash is hidden and the signage was misleading. We even thought the carwash was closed first time when we drove over though it was open!

$7 for cheapest car wash. Older equipment but seemed to work fine.
