After searching for a new veterinary clinic, I chose Avery Ranch. They are very professional, organized and friendly. They’ve taken good care of my two puppies so far. Very responsive and caring staff.
Rude vets. Our dog one time had to put a muzzle on while getting neutered at a previous vet to be precautious. They saw this in his records and muzzled him against my request for a standard check up. Never had a tendency to bite and didn’t even growl at the vets while they were touching his hips. They do not know how to listen to customers. The providers and front desk ladies were the sweetest and most accommodating!! I have a spicy cat that needs sedated for vet visits & it’s so relieving to find a place that won’t charge you an exam fee if the pet won’t let them actually do the exam. Couldnt be more grateful to have found our new vet!
The techs and my vet are the absolute best. Taking time to explain things and set my mind at ease. So glad I gave them a try.
