I hate hate hate working with Avery Products. Their online design is the pits. They don't give good instructions about how to work their program. And their videos are out of date, yet they keep them up. I called in and waited for a call back for 3 hours. At ~3 hours the call came in. Terrible. Can't order labels online with item number, phone numbers are not working (says number is busy, try again later (??), chat bot says I've contacted them after hours at 1pm PDT on a weekday. Apparently the whole system is down. Taking my business elsewhere as this is a thoroughly useless waste of time.
I had a small business design my child's graduation announcements/invitations. It was so easy to upload them to the Avery website and use their tools. I received an email later that same evening saying that they found an error in the design and they sent me a proof of the fix they would recommend asking me to approve or decline the fix.
