Terrible. Can't order labels online with item number, phone numbers are not working (says number is busy, try again later (??), chat bot says I've contacted them after hours at 1pm PDT on a weekday. Apparently the whole system is down. Taking my business elsewhere as this is a thoroughly useless waste of time.
I had a small business design my child's graduation announcements/invitations. It was so easy to upload them to the Avery website and use their tools. I received an email later that same evening saying that they found an error in the design and they sent me a proof of the fix they would recommend asking me to approve or decline the fix. I approved the fix and they shipped out the next day. From the time I uploaded the design to the day of delivery it only took 5 days! They turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier!
