The best HVAC company in the area - BY FAR. Their communication, professionalism and overall approach is much appreciated - especially as I was hundreds of miles away when I need service.

Avery has always taken great care of us. Their office staff is especially pleasant and knowledgeable, and their technicians do fine work.
Called for an estimate on a furnace and duct work job. Young lady who answered the phone(Kelsy?) said Regan or Gray would call me back. Called them back after 2 days and told them I never received callback. Again said someone would call me back. That was a month ago now. So they obviously didn't want the job. Why didn't they say that right up front. Poor/unprofessional business practices. Don't waste your time with them.
