Not a tenant but a visitor, parking here is a joke. We have to park across the street on government way and walk across because there is little to no visitor parking. Honestly feels like a joke, disappointing for how nice these look. You’d think for how nice these are, parking would be better
Was a tenant for a year and a half and couldn’t have had a worse experience. The communication is the worst I have ever seen in a rental agency. The only time you will get a quick response is when you are trying to move into there. Had conversations with multiple other neighbors who experienced the same thing. Our entire move out process was horrible as well. Would never recommend to anyone
Expensive but nice, good memories there.
My review seems to have disappeared. This was the smallest 1200ish sf housr ive ever lived in. Brats destroyed the picnic area. Cheap paint. A whole summer of no ac they refused to properly fix. Ugly lighting everywhere. Rent here if you like quartz countertops more than ac.
