I want to give a shout out to Avery County Electric in Newland, NC. I was impressed with the quick response in sending Daniel the electrician. I had an unusual electrical problem and Daniel professionally went about to solve the issue which was not a quick fix. He patiently answered my questions and the thoroughness in identifying the problem.
Avery electric was amazing. Alan had the specialty equipment to find my under ground power break. Fixed it quick and at a very good price. I will be using them for all my electrical needs. Thank you
From my first interaction with Betty, to the scheduler, to the crew that came out to do the work, it was first class the entire time. They arrived when the said they would and were able to exceed expectations on the work done and cleaned everything up nicely. I even followed up for generator annual service and they were able to get out and do that the following week (they are Generac dealer). I was very pleased with Avery County Electric and recommended them!
I’m very picky and have very high expectations, these guys exceeded that. I’d highly recommend them to any needing electrical work in Avery County!!!
My Parent's have been needing Avery Electric to install a standby generator for sometime now and this company has the contract to do so. My Parent's paid 100% up fro t to Lowes and yet Avery Electric will not come for the installation not to mention they will not answer the phone when my Parent's call. I guess its time to get an Attorney involved!!
