Excellent service from start the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.

Very disappointing experience. They are holding my $320 bond money without resolution and also deducted an extra one week payment(161.63) from my account. Now they are not responding to my messages, and when I call, they behave rudely and refuse to give clear answers. Completely unprofessional service.

Throughout the rental period, the vehicle consumed and leaked engine oil at an excessive rate, requiring me to regularly purchase and top up oil every few days in order to operate the vehicle.
