Dr. Amy was very kind and took a good amount of time going over all of the options I had with my 17 yr old rescue. She understood my feelings with any ongoing care for her. Something I have not gotten in my search for a new veterinarian. I am quite pleased and her follow up called really impressed me of her sincere professionalism. Thank you Dr. Amy
The vet and vet tech are both great, and I really appreciated their care. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk wasn't as positive. When I asked about having a prescription sent to me, the receptionist seemed annoyed and a bit short with me. They used to offer this service but said the policy had changed. Medications here are also quite pricey, and the alternative was picking up in person, which is a 30minute drive for me. Because of that, I've decided to go to a different vet.
This was our first time to Avery Animal Hospital. Our first impression was a good one. Very clean, and the people we dealt with were all very friendly. We liked Dr. Fletcher very much. So all in all it was a great first visit.
Great staff of veterinarians and assistants.
