We've been bringing our pets here for years. We've had pets with complicated issues and they received wonderful care.
I called in for a same day appointment for an adaquen shot and drop off samples. I gave them my dogs name and they said to come in at 10:50. I said ok.. i.arrive early 10:25 or 10:30 and checked in Waited to 11:25 was scolded by a Cathy with a snotty attitude and told me my appointment was at 9 50. Well I dont agree. After a back n forth about that and my fault for not scheduling adaquen shots in advance. She asked if its OK we give the shot in lobby. I said ok to her fake smile. She was clearly disgusted.
