Go somewhere else. Dr. Avery didn’t want to do lab work for my fatigue. I have Hashimotos and I can tell when my tsh levels are off based on my symptoms. She won’t adjust my meds because they’re right on the cusp of “optimal” levels even though from my own experience those levels are not optimal for me. She also denied further lab work for a nutrient panel claiming those labs don’t exist. Huh? Labcorp has multiple tests for nutrient, vitamin and minerals. She was not helpful at all! Gave me useless medical advise and she did not do enough to physically examine my concerns. No lab work, just take these pills. They were useless! Went to a different provider who cared more and found the main cause of my issues. I’m glad I found a better provider cause she really made me loose trust on doctors. I do not her recommend at all! Edit: If I could give her a negative score I would.
