Literally the worst experience I've ever had as a customer (these guys make Congress look like the most productive, forthcoming group in history! This is also my 1st google review EVER). I paid $362 for a hood cleaning that all they literally did was wipe down the stainless steel on the OUTSIDE of the hood & literally didnt even touch the inside. The only reason I figured this out was because the fire marshal came in to do an inspection & opened up the hood system! So I reschedule to get the system actually cleaned.....attem... read more
