My sisters and I are so happy that we found Mike and Sally to do the sale for my mom and dad’s estate. To say my mom was a collector would be an understatement, so doing the sale was quite a challenge. Though it was an overwhelming task, Mike took over 600 photos and advertised the sale to maximize attendance. At the end of the sale we received an 27 page itemized list for everything sold. Recently, my friend and I went to an estate in Yorba Linda operated by Aversa Estates. Wow, it was one of the most organized sales we had ever attended. Everything was priced, the house was lite up and bright so you could see everything that was on the tables. There was plenty of staff who were all friendly and helpful. The whole patio area was Christmas decorations and ornaments, and they were priced to sell. We both came away with plenty of decorations for next Christmas. My husband and I attended an estate sale last month by Aversa Sales. It was a great sale. Very professionally staged and set up. every room was well lite and bright, and everything in the sale was priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful while we were there. Great prices, so we were able to purchase a lot of nice items for Christmas. We'll be back to their sales!
