Definitely don’t get labs done here. I’ve had to repeat blood draws because someone in the back messed up the testing. Billing is a nightmare and you don’t ever get a statement until many months after getting the labs done. Recently got a bill for a test that I had done over a year ago, which was sent to an address that I don’t even live at. The people front facing have always been profession and nice, but I would just go get labs done elsewhere
Lab work goes as expected, at best. The folk behind the counter don’t seem to have any idea how collect, record, or pull up necessary information. It should not require the doctor to fax an order three times to the lab. A little bit of training could do some good here.
