I would not recommend these people if they were the last tech company on the planet. We bought several AverTV DH PVR. Sent several Support Requests (included screen caps), got a number etc. They read our emails (we have receipts), and still 3 days later no reply. I guess their business model is: Sell everything, and if we have to refund 1K out of 1M - okay with that.
