Dropped a baldor motor off there last year for a warranty evaluation. Till this day I still have not heard anything or any calls in months concerning. Everytine I call im told the person that did these before quit and the new person had to be trained up. These were discussed early in 2025. It's now almost August and still.no contact regarding the motor being warranties out. Hopefully this review reaches someone in upper management bc im not getting anywhere at the local level.
Great knowledge people. That is what you need when you don't know what you are doing yourself. Highly recommend these people!!
Awesome service and great people!
They repair electric motors. Deep and shallow well motors. I haven't received my motor back yet but the initial service and the way I was treated walking through the door was fantastic. I got a follow up call the same day explaining to be the extent of my repair. That's how service should be done.
