We have been using Paul for our tax preparation for years now. Never any issues. First class service!
Receptionist was extremely rude. I called to see if taxes were done as I was never notified. She immediately started off with I owe them money, then complained saying I call too much even though I haven’t called this firm in over a month. I asked to speak to someone else and she just gave me the number to my tax specialist that quit. I cannot believe they let this receptionist talk down to their clients. For sure having my entire family go somewhere else.
First time using Averill for 2015 tax year to handle my mother-in-laws taxes.
