Blonde haired “manager” has no clue what he’s doing. Place is always a mess. They had a few good months and went back to trash. They have a young blonde kid in charge who absolutely can NOT lead a team. Staff has even complained to patients about how management is not around often. Staff is always sitting around on phones and not working. It’s a mess. Do yourself a favor and drive to another center before letting them ruin your life. This place is in a dirty building that looks like it has not been sanitized in years. The hours are horrible and the customer service is the worst. You must stand in a long line with one person behind the counter. If you are a new patient, you have to scan a barcode to register then get back in the back of the line after completion. I don’t think they care much about customer service because most people that come have mandated urinalysis and they usually get treated like second class citizens. This place is no different.
Ridiculous wait times considering you’re expected to be able to piss on the spot.. always employees sitting around doing nothing even when there’s lines. Thank god it’s never insanely busy when I’m there.
