Very impressed with the staff at this hospital. My 94-year-old mother-in-law was in their care and they could not have been more attentive and compassionate. Even the maintenance people were concerned with our comfort in the hospital room. Nurse Shaelean and FNP Kass were especially helpful. Lucky to have a terrific facility like this in our rural area.

Highly recommend Both Doctor Reynolds Michelle & Chris. We were starting to lose hope in doctors at AVERA. We started to see them and have been very happy with the care they give. They do what doctors should and care for their patients. They are very thorough and go out of their way to try to get answers. 10/10 recommended. They are our family care providers for our children and ourselves. We are happy to know we can count on them for exceptional care with do that will go that extra mile if they need to go get answers.
I've had a good past experience with the ER staff but I go in this evening because I can't drink due to having burning throat so I'm dehydrated and need help with fluids, the nurse on duty (Vicki, Victoria, something with a V) was rude to begin with, I was pretty much told to go home and continue taking Tylenol & Alive and maybe that would help my throat... I don't need to be seen in a ER just to be told to overdose on Tylenol, I could've done that at home without a hospital bill, needless to say I didn't get any IV fluids &... read more
