Absolute garbage billing process, we set up a 200$ a month payment plan after they didn't bundle everything we owed in one bill so idk even know exactly what I owe! Then they stopped it sent more bills and threatened collections, we restarted the 200$ a month, and they took out 400$! What the 🤬. Plus their baby delivery makes the dad feel unimportant and just in the way and opinions and concerns irrelevant. Go anywhere but here!
