Took my children in with symptoms of Influenza B and my 1 year old with a croup cough. Without running any tests and by a quick check up they were diagnosed with "strep". My concerns for the coughs were ignored. I ended up needing to take my 1 year old into the ER (in another town) where he was in fact diagnosed through testing with Influenza B and croup. His 02 stats dropped into the low 80s and this all could've been prevented with proper testing and diagnoses if my concerns were heard.
Kind and professional staff.
I'm from out-of-town and needed urgent care due to a painful infection. Though I initially called the ER, the clinic was able to see me immediately. The staff were very patient and helpful with my insurance info. I waited only a couple of minutes before Dr. Park diagnosed my issue and sent me on my way to get antibiotics. I am very satisfied with my care.
