21OCT2023 UPDATE: a representative from Avera called me to let me know after a review of my case, they corrected the issue and apologized. I was impressed at how quickly and professionally it was handled. Thank you Avera. I want to preface that this review has nothing to do with the care provided, which was wonderful. My review has to do with billing. All three of my children received Covid tests and I provided my insurance information to the clinic for billing.
