The Eye doctors are amazing. The front desk lady's on the other hand. They need to pay more attention to detail. Every Single time i call to make an apt we do then at the last minute they call and reschedule. Every Single Time. You're job is not that hard! you look at a book and write down names. you make sure you are not over booking people. Again it's not that hard. i do it at my own job.
