Great staff, got my daughter in fast and she is doing great !! Definitely recommend
I'm giving four stars because of the very friendly and nice staff. The PA was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped as much as she could.
Seen doctor once never got a call back from the test results or what next plan of action is. Called the nurse and never got called back.
I'm giving a two-star review because of staff seems very friendly but I had a test done there was told to wait 7 to 10 days and I did no call backs... So I called last 2 days and was told that a nurse was going to get back to me and I have yet to receive a phone call back
I have never wrote a review before but Dr Cihak definitely deserves one. I started doctoring with him in June 2020 for a severe plugged ear and ear aches along with small growths on my ear. I only saw the doctor once in all my visits and that was less than 5 minutes before he did surgery to put a tube in my ear and cut off one of the growths, all my visits have been with the PA.
