I've had countless bad experiences there, and so has my mother. From cruel bedside manner where they tell you in a roundabout way that others are more important to letting you suffer in pain to not reporting the truth in reports to cover their butts when i reported a symptom of kidney stone pain and they initially denied me a CT scan and just sent me home. That was the worst day of pain in my life, by the way. Please do better. Every patient matters.
