It's took THREE months to Finally get my order and payment source verified. Two professionals and myself threw up our hands at the 'catch 22' we kept experiencing. Staff was NOT willing to tell us How to contact their supervisor to straighten out their consistent mis perception of FACTS. Need some training here ? More options for staff to pass on what seems not " How WE do it!" Geeish

I stopped there Friday after work, needing a mouth piece for my daughter's nebulizer & even though it was a almost closing time the ladies were so kind and helpful. They didn't make me feel like a bother or anything. I felt like they truly cared.

Called Avera home medical in Yankton asked for Brett, receptionist said he would call back and never did. What a great way to treat a customer.

The folks at Avera Medical supply in Yankton are the best! They took great care of me today & I was in and out. Always right there to help & great customer service. Highly recommend🌟

Disappointed in how they respond back to phone calls. Called and left a message when I first started working with them. Took two phone calls before I reached someone. Picked up my equipment last week and called to ask a question on Wednesday and was told all the techs were busy and that they would have one of them call when they were free. It’s now Monday of the following week and still no call back.
