This Avera medical equipment company charges more than double of getting same same cpac supplies from Amazon. I spoke with facility manager and was returning items then I was charged anyway…

It's took THREE months to Finally get my order and payment source verified. Two professionals and myself threw up our hands at the 'catch 22' we kept experiencing. Staff was NOT willing to tell us How to contact their supervisor to straighten out their consistent mis perception of FACTS. Need some training here ? More options for staff to pass on what seems not " How WE do it!" Geeish

I stopped there Friday after work, needing a mouth piece for my daughter's nebulizer & even though it was a almost closing time the ladies were so kind and helpful. They didn't make me feel like a bother or anything. I felt like they truly cared.
