I recently had an appointment with Watertown Avera Medical Supplies. The service was outstanding. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable and well versed in the cpap equipment I use. She was courteous and efficient. She worked with me until we were able to find what I needed. I highly recommend this business!

I called in the morning to see if an electric chair could be delivered to my grandpa ASAP. He had been waiting for weeks for insurance. He was not able to walk farther than a couple of steps due to his lungs. He was chair bound he needed this. I also requested an oxygen tank holder. They did everything they could to get it to him that same day and let us use the oxygen holder for free. They even found a used one to purchase and gave me that option as well!! Absolutely outstanding service and knowledge. Do not go anywhere else. Other places you get what you pay for but Avera Medical gives you more than you pay for. Update: it has taken over 2.5 months to get a dr prescribed seat cushion for my pressure sore. When I call I get the run around for a day or two. Eventually I get a call back asking for paperwork already submitted. Not sure what's going on since they used to be so good.
