Doug was helpful when I got fitted for my cpap however playing phone tag for weeks with the scheduling people just to get an appointment setup and update my insurance has been an absolute nightmare. I understand there was a flood but on several occasions I was supposed to get a call back and never did even after leaving messages. Several staff must take half day lunch breaks and some of the people working in "customer service" were unbelievable rude.
Customer service was great. Staff delivered a breast pump to me in the hospital. However, I was charged a $130 upgrade fee for a pump with a rechargeable battery (a necessity with my job) and insurance didn't cover the upgrade. The total pump cost was $350 ($220 covered by insurance plus the $130 upgrade paid by me). I wished I could have returned it after finding out this pump cost $216 at all major retailers and I could have purchased it anywhere else with no out of pocket cost.
