Avera home medical Mitchell got me set up with c-pap machine and answered all my questions!!! They were very knowledgeable and helpful, making me feel very comfortable about this new path to more restful sleep!!! Highly recommend!!!
I have been doing business with this facilty for 15 years and I never had any issues, however, they recently changed management and without going into details, I urge you not to do business with this staff! Always had a positive experience when "Jill" was director! Never a problem! And from all the reviews that I see on this page, many agree with me! I will be filing a formal complaint soon, I'm going to the very top to file my formal complaint. (I took notes and have names) Awful service and disrespect! Buyer Beware!

Use to deal with Sanford home health in my hometown until I moved to mitchell and have to deal with avera. I get monthly supplies and it seems every month.There's some kind of issue. I will probably be moving back to my sanford , home health as she could tell me anything my balance, had my supplies in the store.So they weren't dropped , shipped like avera's
The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and items needed were readily available. In town delivery was free and fast. Def 5 ⭐️.
