Very slow !not much help ! Blue cross should let us buy though anyone other then Avera home medical!!!!!!since we pay for our on insurance wich is worthless though the high rates they charge!!!
They have my prescription but now I can't get nothing today because it has to be analyzed. I don't understand much easier just to order online.

I received a prescription to have a CPAP machine and they referred me to avera medical home equipment. The individual with whom I dealt with was not very helpful and did not understand clearly my insurance and what was covered. I was also charged after a year later after I had returned the item within 30 days. They were very unhelpful. Would not recommend using them. They were also very high pressure in their sales tactics
