I don’t understand how someone walks into the emergency room with a serious bleeding injury & all they do is rinse it & make him wait for over in hour in pain! To top it off he was actively bleeding during that hour. Unbelievable this should have been treated with a little more of a priority. Next time I rather him go to Spirit Lake rather than here. Do better next time Estherville Emergency Room!!!
Got told there was nothing they could do for me even with diagnosed influenza A and being pregnant, Doctor was incredibly disrespectful and really didn't try and help at all. Do better
They're extremely friendly, and my Mom was treated so well that she praised them when we had to bring her to the ER.
Was a patient in hospital. Staff competent, caring, helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean. Food good.
