I would never step in this place ever again! After waiting 45 mins on my appointed time, I went to ask how long will it be. They completely ignored me and answered the phone while explaining to me they were having a rough morning. LEARN some manners to excuse yourself to answer the phone if you're talking to a client! RUDE SERVICE & INCOMPENT WORKERS!
They always come through when we need them.
My first visit and they were amazing super friendly and was great with Rouger knew how to coax him bc he's so shy he loves her
I was blown away by this clinic. We live in our motor home full-time and have a dog who needed to see a vet ASAP. They worked us in even though we will probably never see them again. Could not have been nicer nor more accomodating. Dr. Dorsett is a gem. Cost was reasonable. People of Cheyenne are very fortunate.
Best vet care! I would highly recommend this facility!

Avenues Pet Clinic is a wonderful place to take your animal. This was the second time I have had to go there. The first was an emergency on a Sunday morning and they took me right in. The neurological vet happened to be on staff that day and they not only took care of the puppy but me as well. This last visit was so pleasant, efficient, and caring as well. My dog and I were very well taken care of and the phone calls that follow to be sure all is still going well really touched me! Thanks for all you do and the wonderful car... read more
