Lovely and clean center. The admin staff and nurses are always very friendly and helpful. My Doctor, Dr Lonia Pentinio, has always made me feel heard, respected and safe. I will not be eating an apple a day to keep the doctor away ;-).
Disgusting service !!! I made an appointment on the 8th of November to get a skin check done with Arlyn. The appointment was for the 22nd of December. I made it well in advance knowing how busy the clinic would be at this time. I even confirmed the appointment on the 20th of November. I received a phone call today asking me to reschedule the appointment to January because Arlyn didn’t want to conduct a skin check on this day. Extremely rare to find a really good doctor who talked all the time needed! Nurses are great too.
Fantastic service and staff. Have been with this clinic for 10years and cannot fault them
