I recently toured this complex, and while the complex seemed very nice, their advertised prices are near impossible to get. I went and looked at the complex because the advertised price for a 2 bed, 2 bath was "Starting at $1300". I arrived at the complex and was told that the price starts at $1900. I inquired as to why the price was much higher and was told that it was only if I could move in that same day. Been here 4.5 years and love it (after 25 years in houses). What I like about the place is my private garage, which no one has access to, other than our unit. Most apartments here have the same, but outside of this complex, I don't know of any apartments with private garages. People here often make the most of their garages, making them into Man Caves, or workshops, or gyms. The staff here has been very responsive and helpful since moving in. I had an issue with my ac system and the staff has done what they to keep my comfortable till they changed out my system. The outside unit had a leak and they kept it running till a new one came. They let me know when something was about to be fixed and when they are finished with a job. Thank you for y’all’s hard work.
