I’ve worked with Bethany the property manager and Lazero the lead maintenance onsite for 8 years and they are both very kind and extremely professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live to check this property out. The staff is top notch.

Our organization loves working with the team at The Avenues. The staff is super friendly and easy to communicate with. Every time I go into the main office, they greet me with smile and if I see their maintenance crew outside they are also very nice. The property itself is beautiful, great landscaping, nice pool area, and well taken care of.
