Just visited the Avenue and I must compliment the management.This is one of the most peaceful and well kept environment.some of their amenities are outstanding and assist with daily expenses.As for the staff,very engaging and professional.i spent my time with Rigo Zavala who represents his agency well while also trying to meet the needs of the residents.Ge was so professional knowledgeable kind and patient. I moved to Avenues at Shadow Creek Ranch in Pearland a bit over a month ago. I’m really happy with the complex for several reasons: - My apartment is quiet. It’s the quietest place Ives lived in Houston area. - The amount of room to move around in the kitchen, bathroom, and other rooms is generous. Most places I’ve lived don’t have spaces as wide as here. It’s nice not to feel cramped in my kitchen. - The security camera on the front door is great. I've looked at and lived in a lot of apartments in Houston and from the start you can tell that there is just a higher over all standard at work here. This property is clean, well maintained, and the staff take genuine pride in it. Rigo was my leasing agent and he's awesome!
