Deb and Luke are awesome! My fiancee and I come here for training as people newer to fitness, and they both have been very good about meeting us where we are. We are about a month into our fitness journey, and we're already seeing positive change! The vibe here is also very awesome too. Lots of upbeat music which helps get you moving as well.
I started with a 3 month special, not expecting for Avenue X to completely change my relationship with fitness. The group training schedule is perfect for individuals that work typical business hours. I look forward to going right before work or right after. Not to mention, you don't have to sign up! Life is unpredictable and I never have to worry about a cancelation fee when something pops up and I can't attend as planned.
