I had a great experience! From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. The staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. The staff is truly amazing there. I was so nervous going in and Jennifer’s patience and calm nature with me helped me get through the pregnancy confirmation and ultrasound. I walked in feeling terrified and crying because I thought I was going to be judged and left feeling supported. I was not pressured at all and was simply given information and support in whatever I decided.
