I took my Kirby in over a year ago. They called to let e know it was ready. I set up a time to pick it up (prior to Covid) and Ashley (owner) was a no show. I rescheduled with her (she wasn’t always in the shop) and texted the day of to confirm (had confirmed 2 days prior) and this to l time she didn’t respond.
