Terry was a nice guy but made some pretty big mistakes when transferring the title of our house. He was the title company for the buyers of our house. He mistyped the transfer number and sent an additional $5,000 to us and did not notice the problem for 5 weeks. At which point he called us and was frustrated with us for not a) catching the overage ourselves and b) not immediately having the funds available to repay him. Nice guy and I know this isn’t everyone’s experience but seemed like a big miss to us.

Great place to get your house closing done
Today's the day! We move! And I gotta tell you this was by far the "Best" home purchase experience in my life! From the first conversation with Mike Sunnarborg he meet every Urgent need I had with promptness, kindness, efficiency and above all he helped me to provide my daughter who recently became unable to walk, with a one level home within 2 months. It is with incredible respect and gratitude for how he met every need I had with gentle hand in a very hard Crisis situation! Thankyou kindly. Krista & Mom
