My mother used them for her business due to a flood. They were responsive and very accommodating. They had us back up and in business very quick. Extremely professional staff from front line to office management.
The initial emergency response by Avenue was great from what I could tell. Unfortunately, when it came to repairing my unit to original condition, a lot of issues started to arise - including damages to my contents and unit. There was poor communication throughout, the entire process was drawn out over 6 months, I ended up just settling with a not so great job instead of continuing to have them out and fix issues.

Had a few hiccups at first , Avenue service did really good job following but and resolving the issue And I also want to say thank you to Reneh and his team, they went above and beyond for making my home a home again , can't go wrong with Avenue and team Reneh!!
