Everything went as expected with my rental. Picked up the tools and all were ready for me on time. No complaints here!
They have awesome service, and easy to work with, never had an issue. And the dog is always well behaved.

They have horrible service and threaten you if you return an item early!
Having rented a chipper which failed after 30 minutes, Avenue Rental sent an employee out to work on the machine and ended up having to take it back to the shop. Evidently, failed spark plugs were replaced, and we were able to get the machine 3 hours later. Having lost that time, I requested that we get the next day rental free, since (1) we lost time on a rented machine that failed not by our doing, and (2) the next day was Sunday when it wouldn't be rented anyway.
