I lived at Avenue 110 Apartments until just recently when I moved to Laredo. I cannot say enough good things about Megan and Avenue 110 apartments. When I needed work orders fixed, they addressed them fast. My neighbors were great. The rent is very affordable, and the services top notch for the price. The literal only thing I could complain about is the train. But honestly, you get used to it pretty fast. After the second week, I didnt even notice it anymore.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and management still has a long way to go when it comes to communication and professionalism. Do yourself the favor and move somewhere else. My unit is infested with roaches, walls were covered in smeared bugs, stains on the floor, toilet was covered in pee, shower covered in hair and stains, there was a used pipe in my closet, the carpet has tears, there's a hole in my ceiling and the unit smells like cigarettes. The roaches look like German roaches so I'm probably going to have to throw most of my stuff out before leaving here to make sure I don't take them with me since they're impossible to get rid of.
