Hit and miss room was old curtain didn’t close properly lots of light in the room Light and switch up high on the wall couldn’t reach laying down Bathroom was a weird design too shower u couldn’t use basin as it was in same area floor got drenched and sprayed everywhere all over basin bench Door to bathroom kept getting stuck The breakfast was basic but so much better than a takeaway Brekky Noisy car guest early hours of morn Also neighbours talking out front very early Needs exhaust fan in bathroom Floor was creaky

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights, and I am deeply disappointed with my experience. The owner, who also manages the front desk, was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and verbally aggressive. It was unsettling to be treated that way, especially when I was just trying to enjoy my stay. To make matters worse, despite requesting housekeeping multiple times, no one came to clean my room during my entire stay. It felt like my concerns were ignored, and I didn’t feel valued as a guest at all.

Very disappointed with this accommodation. Door wasn’t aligned so the wind and weather came through, toilet seat not installed properly so when you sat down it fell onto your back. The heating wasn’t efficient enough to heat the bathroom which was next to heater, so I couldn’t shower. This basic room was cold (set on 26 degrees) and the only way to keep warm was to get into bed. Breakfast was disgraceful, no tongs were provided therefore guest had to go to the fridge and use their hand to get bread out of its plastic bags. C... read more
