The room was clean but the bathroom was a bit odd. The shower head was right between the sink and the toilet with 1 curtain. Water pools on the floor. Electric blankets were appreciated on the cold nights. The breakfast offerings were very basic: bread (toast) or cold cereal. Backing out of parking space outside room 2 was a bit tight with the swimming pool in the middle of the grounds. Located close enough to Lake Wendouree to walk (30 minutes or so).
Stayed 1 night. Nice clean rooms. The beds are bit harder to sleep. For the price it could have been bit better. Otherwise reasonable. Loved the cat.
