If it's anything difficult I would not choose them. I believe they want to do a good job but they just don't have the experience. Ended up getting repair done at Economy RV. Comments on his response: He asked me to be there at 9AM (he said his mailbox was okay but I did graze it). His employee asked me to park in a spot and while I backing up got the pressure washer hose in the path of my RV. We’re visiting family in our motor home. Got ready to head home today and one of our slides decided it didn’t want to retract. Called and spoke with Ben. He was extremely helpful and got us up and moving. Definitely recommend if you’re in need of RV repair.
Not only did he walk me through helping me try to fix it on my own, Ben reached back out to see if I got it fixed. Needless to say it was a great move taking to him and having it back in a week good as new!! Nice to have this kinda local service.
I was camping when temps dropped to 6 degrees the pex manifold froze I did not want the remainder of my camper to freeze so kept heat on until I could get it fixed my dealer could not fix till April so I contacted avenue mobile services they went to work and fixed and winterized my camper wow what a great job they did they are my rv repair company anything I need done to my camper I am taking it to them thanks againj
Like others stated, Ben and his team are fantastic, communication was clear and constant. Thanks to their responsiveness, repairs to our 5th wheel were completed on very short notice, saving our family vacation! Definitely will be back, highly suggest them if need RV repairs.
