I always start calling at 7:59 to try to get same day appointment. I just keep redialing. I was answered at 8:01 - very excited as I thought I was one of the lucky ones - connected with live person at 8:03 and was told my doctor had three openings but they already filled them - I beg to differ - with all the questions they ask it would be impossible to schedule three appointments in the space of 3 minutes - very disappointed.
