They cancelled my appointment last week. They cancelled my appointment again today. I received an email with a new appointment time, however it wasn’t clear whether it was Telehealth or in person. I Waited until 4.30pm and still no call so I called the centre, no answer. I drove in and they’re closed, 20 mins before closing time. Pack up and leave Geelong
Unbelievably rude staff, don't want to help, was looking for a new clinic to visit in my area but they asked me why I can't just go to see my usual GP said no Doctor available to see me, when I asked to make an appointment for another day they said not sure if we will have a Doctor on to see me, very disappointing
They say they are open on Fridays but if you try calling, they just refuse to pick up the phone and won’t respond to emails. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’d rather they were just honest about the times they are actually open. Be wary when booking Telehealth appointments also. The majority of the time, they either call several hours later than the scheduled time or not at all.
Have had two telephone appointments booked and confirmed, no call came drove to clinic to find it closed. They are still taking online bookings....poor health care.
Would do zero stars but can't do that option. They are never open and never answer their phones!! Horrible receptionist very rude
