Dr Miren behaviour was very strange and frightening. She kept scaring me and saying unusual things. She was getting too close physically, and it felt like she herself was mentally disturbed. She kept insisting that we come back again and continue seeing her & unable to give answers for our questions. Both doctors are fine and professional but lady receptionist is so rude, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk politely. We wanted to continue with this center and because of the behaviour of lady receptionist which is working at 3rd February, we decided not to visit anymore
Receptionists are always lovely, fast and polite! I've seen a few doctors there and they are all respectful and kind. Yes there is sometimes a bit of a wait but I'd much rather that than doctors who rush patients out the door instead of listen, care and really try to help you. Great job Avenue Medical I really appreciate you ❤️
The receptionist was chatting loudly with someone else even though my appointment time had already arrived. I stood there waiting for her to finish, but she kept talking and didn’t seem to have any intention of stopping. When I politely reminded her that I had an appointment, she suddenly shouted at me, saying she was busy. Her attitude was extremely disrespectful. I really don’t understand how someone like that could be working at the front desk.
The worst of the worst service ever. Feel like i am in india. Really worse service. Dr doesn’t even talk to us
