Inept management. Everything about living here is an issue. FIX THE ELEVATOR.
It would be nice if this apartment complex listed their price and fees on their website so that you'll know if the place is within your budget or not. As a prospective tenant I'm not about to fill an application that I have to pay for when then there are no prices, fees and most importantly apartment availability listed on your website.
After having lived here for just under 1 year I cannot have enough to complain about. Let’s start with the towing. There is 5 available spots for guest parking, which fill up due to the VERY LOUD club at night, and they have a tow contract with a place and only gift 1 parking pass per resident, so half their residents like me get towed. The washing machine is straight awful. Goodluck using it, better off with a laundromat. Which is crazy seeing as I pay $1700/mo. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do not live here. THE WORST renting experience of that I have ever had. I don’t even know where to start. The building is not well maintained, and the units are drafty and moldy. Me and guests have respiratory issues sleeping there since moving in. My ceiling leaked after a simple storm and destroyed some of my property, I emailed in for it to be repaired and it never received a response. I couldn’t say enough bad things about living here honestly. I made a whole list but it was too long to post here! Jenna is the queen of gaslighting until you stop asking questions(I expect them to respond to this with some nonsense). LOVE the area, and the maintenance guys were always friendly and helpful! (Photo from the gorgeous rooftop that was so moldy and poorly maintained, yet probably the nicest kept space in the building). Don’t say I didn’t warn you ;)
