If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve lived here 2 years, and for the past 4 months I’ve been calling about Maintenace, my lease, and other issues, yet no one will contact me when they say they will, they refuse to give me anyone’s contact number, and they clearly don’t have proper training to do their jobs. Poor communication. Tried seeing a few places got to see a place and was told one other person had applied but probably wasn't going to get it, so I decided to try applying. Prince Malana had shown me the place and said just send me an email and first and last name and expect an application, so I had sent the text and never got the application.. two days later, because he wouldn't return my texts, I called the office to ask about getting him to follow up and see about other places. Very bad service
Very bad service
VERY DISAPPOINTING —extremely unprofessional service. We recently faced an issue where water was entering our bedroom due to melting temperatures. We immediately emailed the property manager with all the details and pictures showing the severe damage to our mattress. However, we have yet to receive a response. Since moving in, we've encountered multiple issues with the unit, and while most were resolved on time, this time, the service has been unacceptable. I would never recommend Avenue Living to anyone.
