Lived here for a year, and everything was great, quick to respond to questions or concerns
My family has rented from Avenue living off-and-on for 12 years. I have very few complaints with the company. The staff are friendly, prudent and helpful and the properties are tidy, livable and affordable. All-in-all our stint renting from avenue living Wetaskiwin has been very positive!
Stayed here for almost 3 years Cannot recommend this place to anyone Saw a women moving in as I was moving put and felt bad for her 1/2 the lots are empty 1/4 of the lots are family's 1/4 of the lots are regulators and drunks I had a random drunk break my bedroom window in September 2024, avenue living neglected the situation for months before I got it fixed myself On my first 1 year lease in 2022 the price for a 2 bedroom was 1180 a month After my lease was up they increased rent by 150$ I resigned a 6 month so I could star... read more
